Trevor Hughes (Vice President)

Trevor found climbing in 2022 and quickly dove headfirst into the adventure, with a love for trad and aid climbing that keeps him outside most weekends. He enjoys the problem-solving, patience, and teamwork that come with building anchors, managing gear, and figuring out new routes. For him, climbing is less about chasing numbers and more about creating lasting experiences and sharing the outdoors with others.

As Vice President of Climbing for the Community, Trevor helps keep the organization running smoothly behind the scenes, using his IT background to manage systems, logistics, and all the little details that make big events possible. Whether he’s organizing community programs or racking up for a climb, he’s passionate about lowering barriers to entry and helping others feel welcome in the sport.

Katie Pack  (Head of Design)

Katie Pack is an artist, climber and all around good-time-seeker living in San Diego, CA. She is an avid climber and really enjoys cozy off width cracks.  For her, rock climbing literally is community and It’s how she met some of her closest friends. It has also allowed her new spaces for growth and exploration both in the outside world and within herself.

Katie spends much of her time working in the art industry and throwing pots is but one of her specialties.  Her guilty pleasures are chocolate ice cream, stellar sunrises, cool bugs, hanging out with all the people she loves, and teaching people how to hand jam.
